These services promote student safety, wellness, and readiness to learn, and include:

Administration of prescription & over-the-counter medications (in accordance with law)
Monitoring of chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, seizures)
Vision, hearing, and scoliosis screenings
Lice checks & illness support at school
Heat illness prevention & athletic injury support
…and more, as allowed by law.
Action Needed: Please review and complete the consent form for the 2025–2026 school year so we can best support your child’s health needs at school.
Forms will be sent home / Forms will be sent home / through this link --> English - http://bit.ly/3HUbZhx or in Spanish - http://bit.ly/3VlUpWN
