Thank you for your interest in volunteering in the Nederland Independent School District. The collective commitment of our volunteers and business partners is crucial to the success of our campuses. You are now a part of our education team. Our mission is to provide an educational environment that will enable all students to develop essential academic skills and knowledge for a lifetime of learning and to prepare students to be responsible, contributing citizens in a diverse and changing world. You are a very important part of this mission. Please know that we are always open to your concerns and suggestions to improve our programs. Business Partner and Volunteer Partner Opportunities

The Nederland Independent School District Partners in Education program is based upon the belief that members of our community and local businesses are an essential part in the growth and development of our students and district. The Partners in Education program is designed to create mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the lives of both parties. Nederland ISD seeks to partner with organizations that have a desire to contribute to the 5,200 students across the district. Nederland ISD welcomes any organization willing to invest their time, talent, and resources in our district.

Business and volunteer partners are important for a number of reasons. Through volunteering, in-kind donations, program support, and other creative ways, our partners are committed to building a better community through their involvement in our district.

    • M.E.N. - Men Enriching Nederland Schools - A program that encourages the men of our community to become an active part of our students’ lives.

    • Speakers Bureau - This program allows speakers into our classrooms to provide expert insight into a particular subject, career, or even motivational topics.

Volunteer Forms

We are excited to launch our volunteer programs again during the school year.

All Nederland ISD volunteers must complete a volunteer application along with a background check. You can download the volunteer application by clicking here. You must pick up a paper copy of the background check at the Nederland ISD Administration Building located at 220 N. 17th Street.
